It is hard to know where to begin. Thanks to Ladd I jumped off the fence and now am sitting in my beautiful custom built home in Nexton. He was there throughout the process to offer advice, guidance, and resources that I might need for my out of state move. Additionally Ladd was able to check in on my build while I was still in PA.
